• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Our Application may display content from your Google Calendar and Google Photos. You retain all rights to such content, and you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use, share, and display this content.

By using the Application, you grant us a license to access, display, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing you with the Application's services.

Our Application utilizes third-party services such as Google Calendar API, Google Photos API, and Open-Meteo API. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You release us from any liability arising from your use of third-party services.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate your use of the Application at any time by uninstalling the Application and revoking our access to your Google account.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Application is free of viruses or other harmful components.
